Should I accept Cookies on Websites?

Before we get into accepting or rejecting cookies over the screen, it is important to know what gives us the choice? What gets it to taking permission.

  • Last but not the least, accepting cookies engages some space in your disk space resulting to slow down the speed of your device or machine. So, if you already lack some space on your computer or it is slow it is better to avoid accepting cookies.

Accepting cookies can enhance your user experience. As they track your data, they know what are your preferences, which leads to more focused, filtered, and user-oriented suggestions and choices. Thus it makes a quicker and better user-end experience. This especially holds very effectively for e-commercial websites.

It depends! Depends on various classes, like whether it is first hand authorized or third-party facilitated. Is the website where you are accepting the cookies encrypted or not. The answer in this case is Variable! It depends upon a user and its browsing sites. Some sites are safe and serves no harm. While some can be really thrift and use your data to scam or misuse it in irrational works. 


Therefore, you must be careful and must know what to do. When to accept the cookies and when to deny them. Some red flags are definitely third-party  cookies, flagged cookies, and cookies from unauthenticated websites.
